Sale DAMEN Pushy Cat 1204

We are pleased to report the sale of a DAMEN Pushy Cat 1204 from UK Sellers to Spanish Buyers.

Built in 2000 this line handling tug has continuously serviced the Hound Point oil (export) terminal on the Firth of Forth river in Scotland.

The terminal, owned by INEOS, opened in 1975 and and is the largest such facility in Scotland.

The Pushy Cat measures 12m and has a 3.84m beam. It is powered by a Caterpillar 3304 T/B engine that provides 139 HP driving a fixed pitch propeller.

The vessel will be transferred to the Canary Islands where it will render port services and assist in the mooring and unmooring of tankers.

Exciting Addition: MST Workboats Acquires 2007 DAMEN 1204 Pushy Cat

We are pleased to announce the successful sale of a 2007 DAMEN-built 1204 Pushy Cat to MST Workboats in the UK. The vessel, previously supporting the Royal Navy under a UK Ministry of Defence service contract, will undergo dry docking, classification renewal, and a repaint in MST Workboats’ colors. This marks their third Damen-built vessel and sixth Dutch-built addition, further enhancing their fleet of barges, pontoons, and UK-built workboats.
