About 50 residents of Heng Fa Chuen in Chai Wan were moved out of their homes in an apartment block in the middle of the night when this dredger came crashing into the seawall.
Strong winds ripped the four-story- high dredger from moorings off Chai Wan and slammed it against the wall bordering the block around 3am.
The listing dredger's large transmission belt was at one point just 10 meters from Block 49 of the development.
