			Generally, in Italian taxes, but also in other European countries, the invoices are issued in local currency (Euro), net is added tax (VAT), to 21% today.
 If the client is resident outside the country, the supplier issues an invoice without VAT.

 question:
 In Italy, or in other European countries, they may bill you in USD, adding the TVA?
 When is it allowed? Perhaps, when it comes to international contracts?, Such as the marine contracts?
